To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同鄰居放假冇嘢做，就踩單車過嚟近近地食個晏。大美督其實有好多選擇，但係好耐冇食過呢間。門口侍應，好鬼合作，叫我哋拍好啲單車喺餐廳側邊，咁就二話不說入咗呢一間。12:00入到去已經全場爆滿，睇睇個餐牌午餐選擇唔算多，但係都揀到想食嘅。各有各嗌啦，口痕之下，再加多咗個大拼盤。嘢食嚟到嘅時候，鄰居又好好俾我讓人試啲。個海南雞飯，油飯比我想像中乾身，但雞總算滑。咁就攞咗另外一個鄰居啲咖喱牛腩撈一撈個油飯。個咖喱真係相當出色，椰香味十足，個牛腩都炆得好腍。到我自己嗌個豬手飯黎啦，望落去個汁比較多，都驚有少少服服地，始終好耐冇嚟過食，唔知水準有冇改變。但係食落去出奇地入味又淋滑，$65嚟講真係抵到爆。跟住個大拼盤嚟啦，其實都飽左大半，咁都唔可以嘥嘢。樣樣都水準表現得平均，但係就覺得佢個魚餅有少少偏腍。食飽之後罪惡感倍升，消脂變增磅之旅，但係好食真係大晒嘅。其實自己好鍾意食肉碎煎蛋飯，下次一定要試埋佢。
