To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於閒日夜晚關係完全唔洗排隊，去到基本上可以直入，完全唔full!!! 由於唔太肚餓，所以都係嗌左d standard 野 - 炸蝦卷，軟殼蟹手卷，三文魚腩壽司同腐皮壽司梗係要食左軟殼蟹手卷先啦，點解??因為唔可以俾d暖既壽司飯整淋塊脆脆既紫菜囉軟殼蟹香口得黎唔油膩，配埋牛油果同沙律醬食都算唔錯啦!!!唯一既敗筆係手卷放上台紫菜已經淋炸蝦卷維持一貫水準，香口得黎唔油三文魚壽司同三文魚腩壽司差幾蚊姐，所以要左三文魚腩壽司normal，唔會好甘香又唔會腥，不過唔會點解2件內置左wasabi 但另外果2件又冇講埋腐皮壽司先，大家係咪好奇怪點解會嗌腐皮壽司呢? 因為呢款壽司平得好難好味，好多時會食到成口油，好考廚藝! 食黎去唔油又唔會太咸，味道岩岩好，唔洗點豉油
