今年的生日慶祝地點,我選了Lobster Bar and Grill。甫踏進來,整間餐廳只有我和Mr. Cat,非常寧靜,非常舒適。這裡有一個個魚缸,看著魚兒游來游去,令人心情舒暢。我們都點了Sparkling Weekend Lunch,由HK$488 (2 courses)至HK$688 (4 courses),Sparkling Wine無限添飲,實在醉人。麵包籃很不錯,最喜歡芝士脆片,超美味﹗西班牙特級火腿配哈蜜瓜及新鮮無花果沙律﹕超清甜的無花果,配以充滿鹹香的西班牙火腿,超讚﹗龍蝦濃湯啖啖彈牙龍蝦肉,超級香濃鮮甜,是我暫時品嚐過最優質的龍蝦湯,讚讚讚﹗Seafood Platter賣相好看極了,非常新鮮,又讚﹗烤牛柳配馬鈴薯、露筍、蘑菇及黑椒汁﹕沒有Ruth's Chris的出色,但肉質也不錯呢﹗我的「扒鱸魚、龍蝦配柚子牛油汁」,魚的肉質軟硬適中,若煎得略香口一點更合我口味 :) 龍蝦份量不多,不過很鮮甜,讚﹗甜品方面,我們另點了a la carte menu的選擇。這是Mr. Cat的「特脆千層酥配焦糖慕絲、芒果及焦糖牛奶雪糕」(HK$125),單是精緻的賣相已令人心甜不已

我點了「特濃朱古力脆餅配vanilla ice-cream」(HK$125),服務員為我點上生日蠟燭,祝我生日快樂 :)這個甜品其實味道極佳,朱古力是dark chocolate,帶點點苦,不會甜膩,脆餅夠鬆夠脆,非常滋味﹗只是賣相遜色了一點 : )
