To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得最傳統嘅牛雜都會係配河粉,米粉,甚至依家興的米線,但我覺得最配合嘅都係飯。飯?你無聽錯,係飯!現在只有舊式的潮式粉麵店才會有。飯比麵類配合得更好食,因為拒嘅汁料會被飯完全吸收,精華都會吃進你的口內。甘樣先至稱得上原汁原味。飯嘅米並不是什麼靚嘅珍珠米,日本米。吃得出係最普通的米飯,但就只有這種米才能把精華全吸進飯內。這家店轉手過好幾次,還是賣同樣的食物,裝修都是一樣的,但人就不同了。食物的質素,說真的沒有以前的好吃。但還有在,已經不錯。材料比外面的多,都有十幾件,但比起以前的小。味道較淡,不夠香,不過都把每個部位炆得十分淋,入口感覺不錯。建議食嘅時候加過潮州辣椒油,感覺配加惹味的。隨飯附送了紫菜湯,紫菜挺香的,湯味精太多,比較咸。牛腩河要了肥腩,果真是肥腩。入口的油脂香很重,很夠軟。一碗有8件左右,一個人吃都夠了。外面切牛什的師父是年輕嘅師父,最年輕,但都見切得有板有眼。就是味道要
