依碗麵都上得幾快,都幾大碗,麵底剛剛好唔會過淋,湯底都夠濃夠味,唔會死咸。

牛雜都算大件,比咗好多舊肚,金錢肚草肚都有,牛肺都有兩件,牛膀比較薄身。

牛腸呢🤔搵晒成碗,竟然冇🤢 之前食都有比,可能真係太忙,執少咗💔

整體味道係唔錯,不過少咗牛腸就真係差咗少少野咁😣 可以既話我會選擇非繁忙時間幫襯。

可能係上天唔想我食得咁肥🤣

身為香港的潮州人,每逢經過潮汕食肆,必定光顧品嚐是否正宗潮菜。今天路過西營盤正街,忽然有陣陣牛腩香味撲鼻,抬頭一看,見到招牌寫著富興潮州麵家,即刻入內叫了一碗牛腩魚蛋河,再加一碟油菜和奶茶,價錢不貴,但份量也不少。最欣賞是魚蛋,夠彈牙和爽滑,味道與幾十年前的街市魚蛋味道一樣無變,值得推薦!另外牛腩火喉夠軟稔,配上潮式河粉一齊品嚐,充滿了家鄉的味道!翻開餐牌見到有家鄉蠔仔粥,當然不放過啦,可惜味道較淡,這個就食唔到家鄉的濃味感覺了。

這小店我已食了很多年,在西灣。在香港我覺得這是最好食的牛雜麵,我多是食牛雜粗,湯濃好飲。也只不過是$30一碗。除了牛雜外還有它粉麵。好味的街方麵食,也有人情味的一間小店。

今晚又來西環 QUICK DINNER這間麵店我已經幫襯過幾次,其水準都好穩定, 快靚正乎合我一人晚餐的大原則。而且對其牛腩、牛根有信心,次次來都只會食呢兩野。 之前幾次都係食粉麵,今次大不同點了 $37 亦稱之為麻甩飯,我對碟頭飯有點情誼結,由細食到大,是回憶。小舖無乜裝修,  舊舊地咁,但基本要求是地方夠清潔就OK 啦 。估計是一家人經營, 所有野都由老闆一手一腳做,廚房兩位後生仔, 應該是仔仔。先送來是細紫菜湯 ,有蔥花、紫菜,  以為味道清清地, 但原來味精略重。 好快 都上枱份量足, 估唔到牛根會有咁多, 差不多佈滿整碟,墊上生菜、白飯底加牛腩汁。這裡的牛根夠香、入口軟淋、亦保留小許彈性; 腩汁惹味,但不會過濃。 平民美食; 街坊價錢, 也是令我百吃不厭的原因。

今晚又來西環 [富興潮州粉麵] QUICK DINNER

這間麵店我已經幫襯過幾次,其水準都好穩定, 快靚正乎合我一人晚餐的大原則。

之前幾次都係食粉麵,今次大不同點了 [牛根碟頭飯] $37 

亦稱之為麻甩飯,我對碟頭飯有點情誼結,由細食到大,是回憶。

小舖無乜裝修,  舊舊地咁,但基本要求是地方夠清潔就OK 啦 。

估計是一家人經營, 所有野都由老闆一手一腳做,廚房兩位後生仔, 應該是仔仔。

大少今日帶咗我去食粉麵飯。大少叫咗牛肚拼魚片頭米加腩汁,我就叫韭菜餃拼魚片頭米,另加碟灼腐乳通菜。大少碗腩汁米,我見到啲腩汁好似好希咁。我見大少好快咁食晒,所以我都冇問佢好唔好食。我d韭菜餃,唔知係唔係因為係潮式韭菜餃嘅關係,所以佢係用雲吞皮包,唔係用水餃圓皮包。個感覺好似雲吞皮 Cross-over 韭菜餃。好得意。呢啲粉麵飯鋪頭,其實都冇乜可以挑剔,全部都係街坊生意, 大件夾抵食。我同大少都只不過想遠離商業區,靜靜地兩個人食個午餐。

老實說,肥牛肉肯定係冰鮮的,有DD韌,但整碟飯既飯香+牛肉汁真是勝過一切!
米飯的香氣撲鼻而來,每口飯都五香肉汁,肥牛量適中,配上生菜,為整個飯帶點小清新~

今天在港大參加活動,活動後,就在西環「覓食」吧。我不熟西環區,只知道有很多傳統食店。還沒有想好要吃什麼。 經過了富興,嗅到很香很香的柱侯牛雜、柱侯牛腩的味道!我和Honey就被吸引住了!雖然這粉麵小店格局相對地殘舊,無關係,最緊要食物好味。雖然地鐵已經通到西環,但是這個粉麵小店價錢也不貴喎。我叫了一個牛雜河,Honey叫魚皮餃麵,每碗只是$24。牛雜非常入味!很香濃的柱侯味!牛什煮得非常稔!湯底也不太鹹。 我們又叫了一碟大的炸魚皮。炸魚皮很香脆,不過,魚皮太厚,咬下去是比較硬,也相對稍鹹。牛雜河和炸魚皮都是鹹香的食物,所以,我們又叫了油菜和兩杯凍飲,凍檸賓和凍檸樂。油菜$9,凍檸賓加$8,凍檸樂加$9。整個午餐,只是$90s',認真化算!舊區覓食,除了傳統口味,價錢也很平民化啊!
