To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行開去正街買生果,突然想起食牛筋麵,即時諗到呢一間算係幾舊嘅潮州粉麵店。有啲肚餓,於是叫咗個牛筋撈麵。呢碟牛筋撈麵唔要蠔油,要左牛腩汁,牛筋有七大件,炆得夠淋但咬落唔會黐住啲牙,麵身夠煙韌,師傅淥麵時間拿捏得好準確,附送嘅湯都好味,佢又唔係雲吞麵嗰啲大地魚湯,應該係啲牛骨湯嚟。

【#牛雜專家🐮 】#富興潮州麵家今日約咗朋友下午茶,時間尚早,走去食碗 #牛雜粗麵 打定底先😄依個鋪位一直以來都係做潮州粉麵,細細個果間叫「大碌竹」,區來街坊應該實知我講乜🤣 所以即使後期轉過幾次手,我同屋企人都仲係稱之為大碌竹🤣因為撞正食飯時間,所以人都幾多,即係證明有一定捧場客。 依碗麵都上得幾快,都幾大碗,麵底剛剛好唔會過淋,湯底都夠濃夠味,唔會死咸。牛雜都算大件,比咗好多舊肚,金錢肚草肚都有,牛肺都有兩件,牛膀比較薄身。牛腸呢🤔搵晒成碗,竟然冇🤢 之前食都有比,可能真係太忙,執少咗💔整體味道係唔錯,不過少咗牛腸就真係差咗少少野咁😣 可以既話我會選擇非繁忙時間幫襯。可能係上天唔想我食得咁肥🤣推介指數:6/10@foodiehck2022#港飲港食平靚正 #西營盤#牛什 #麵食 #午餐

身為香港的潮州人,每逢經過潮汕食肆,必定光顧品嚐是否正宗潮菜。今天路過西營盤正街,忽然有陣陣牛腩香味撲鼻,抬頭一看,見到招牌寫著富興潮州麵家,即刻入內叫了一碗牛腩魚蛋河,再加一碟油菜和奶茶,價錢不貴,但份量也不少。最欣賞是魚蛋,夠彈牙和爽滑,味道與幾十年前的街市魚蛋味道一樣無變,值得推薦!另外牛腩火喉夠軟稔,配上潮式河粉一齊品嚐,充滿了家鄉的味道!翻開餐牌見到有家鄉蠔仔粥,當然不放過啦,可惜味道較淡,這個就食唔到家鄉的濃味感覺了。

好random入咗嚟呢間潮州粉麵,想食返碗牛雜河,斬牛雜嗰個居然係一個後生仔,嗌咗碗雙拼,牛丸大粒有少少筋,味道唔錯,牛雜嘅份量唔算多,切得又細又薄,唔係好夠味,麻麻哋,河粉唔會太淋,有米香味,質地唔錯,不過湯底就淡而無味,反而啲䓤就切得幾靚,食完冇乜特別感覺,普通一碗牛雜可而已⋯⋯

這小店我已食了很多年,在西灣。在香港我覺得這是最好食的牛雜麵,我多是食牛雜粗,湯濃好飲。也只不過是$30一碗。除了牛雜外還有它粉麵。好味的街方麵食,也有人情味的一間小店。
