To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天分享過情人節午餐今天就來分享元宵節午餐，繼續發放甜蜜正能量希望大家也能嚐到苦中一點甜吧！上星期五車爸爸放補假沒特別事當然乖乖留家！至於車媽媽也決定跟從老細放假一天，午餐走到附近的譚仔三哥米線開餐，還未到情人節浪漫的三哥已推出了加辣之戀人辣得火熱套餐來應市，難得可以撐檯腳一於吃份加辣之戀人辣得火熱套餐啦！辣之戀人辣得火熱套餐＄115隨餐送贈擦出愛火花卡2張，可惜兩小無猜「椒」古力要2月14日才有得送！頭盤有兩份這個是情竇初開青瓜，選上辣度比較輕的重慶口水汁，青瓜新鮮爽口吃下去脆卜卜好吃啊！ 另一客是小鹿亂撞雲耳同樣選了重慶口水汁，雲耳口感爽滑加上口水汁是惹味的。小食是猜「情」尋土匪雞翼3隻，從來是三哥名物的土匪雞翼總是有吸引，皮香肉嫩又多汁真心讚。主菜名叫天作之合過橋米線為遷就車爸爸而點了清湯，大大碗兩份吃分甘同味*巧Sweet*。套餐本包Chill Sweet特飲2杯可選葡萄烏龍茶或鹹檸梳打，我倆一個怕甜一個怕凍所以最後選了走甜凍檸檬茶和熱奶茶算了！
