To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日難得放假就趁機會做下孝順仔,梳洗過後就出門口搵位,等左陣就有位啦。呢間酒樓都幾大幾闊,感覺主力是晚上做婚宴。我們坐下便點了鐵觀音來喝,還點了數款點心。包括: 芝心海皇千絲春卷, 賣相精神緻,千絲做得很細緻,芝士味雖不算濃也味道十足,還有龍皇野菌腸,野菌切得細細的,春卷外更有腸粉包裹著,配上一點點豉油來吃十分美味,2者更是香港旅遊發展局美食之最大賞得獎點心呢。還有石鍋XO醬炒腸粉,用石鍋盛載著保溫得很好,非常熱辣辣,而且夠惹味。帶子小籠包則比較平實,想吃口感更出眾的應該到別家或會更好。最後還有家鄉鴛鴦蝦炒米粉,偏油,但炒米粉夠乾身,配料又夠多。愉快的元旦早點。
