To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到尖沙咀東的彩福皇宴,地方非常之大,座位又充足,裝潢佈置絕對合適作為宴會場地之選。雖然前來不是為了婚宴,但晚飯小菜都非常吸引。單單是必食12道風味和真味小食,都足夠叫滿一枱食物。還有地道燒味、港式小菜、素食、炒粉麵飯、湯羹和酒水,都已經有很多菜式選擇。12道風味小菜如此吸引,就決定試一試。入座先開茶 HKD17/人,一般茶葉都有供應,選上香片都不錯。點好美味菜式,決定要個白飯伴吃 HK17/碗。這夜入座率甚高,所以小菜都要等候一點時間。八味黃金豆腐粒 HKD68,雖然沒有醋汁供應,但只吃黃金豆腐粒,豆腐滑溜,八味又有惹味,送酒或送飯一流。得奬酒香蝦腰蒸蛋 HKD108,用上鮮蝦、蕃茄蒸滑蛋,再加點櫻花蝦乾,賣相非常吸引。蒸蛋入口滑溜無比,又吃到櫻花蝦咸香,鮮蝦鮮甜,同樣送飯吃一樣美味。鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉 HKD128,咕嚕肉外脆內軟,用上腩肉炸香,所以肥瘦各一半,口感不錯。加上鮮菠蘿炒,漿汁酸酸甜甜非常開胃。 continue reading

今日經過尖東,想搵間酒樓飲茶,飲咗一陣,就諗起呢一間彩福酒樓!記得之前試過呢間酒樓啲嘢唔錯,而且早上11點就開門,喺尖沙咀部份酒樓都要12點先開,所以今日決定嚟呢間飲茶!佢位於14樓,地方都幾闊落,唔會好似有啲酒樓咁好迫!而且地方好大,所以可以容納好多枱,飲茶搵位係唔錯,起碼唔使等咁耐!今次都係嗌啲大路點心,叫咗個推介點心—鮑魚燒賣,呢個正常好食,不過其實個鮑魚都係攞嚟裝飾,我最緊要都係試吓佢個燒賣係咪好食?都唔錯!食得出係剁豬肉,唔係絞碎嘅豬肉!另外都試咗其他點心,包括蝦餃、鳳爪、鮮蝦腸粉、叫咗春卷、麻辣牛肚同埋個叉燒!啲點心係正常好食,只不過我覺得個腸粉同埋燒賣啲皮有啲厚,如果薄返啲就更加好,但我特別推介佢嘅叉燒,真係拍得住出邊燒味舖,同酒店中菜嘅叉燒!仲有一個都好好食,就係炸魷魚鬚,真係即叫即炸,而且佢嗰炸漿好薄,啱啱好包住魷魚鬚,加上佢份量好多,呢個真係好抵食!大家有機會過嚟試吓! continue reading

昔日因裝修未能食飯,到八月重開清蒸龍躉斑肉質鮮嫩,鮮美的海味與清蒸的淡雅相得益彰,保留了魚的原汁原味。蜜梅柚子京燒骨醬汁香甜,結合了蜜梅的酸甜與柚子的清香,燒骨外焦內嫩,口感豐富,令人垂涎欲滴,雖然遲左少少黎,但香脆可口。金牌燒肉蜜味叉燒叉燒外皮焦脆,內裡肉質柔軟,蜜糖的甜味與香料的香氣完美融合,如果燒肉口感更豐厚會更佳。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝這扇貝鮮甜但肉質較韌然而蒜蓉香濃,粉絲吸收了海味與蒜香的精華,關係加返少分。 continue reading

舊同學聚餐,除了香港的,亦有來自加拿大及澳洲的,共十六人。原本想訂I square個間,但是無位,只有移師尖東安達中心。首先,是地點不好找,出了地鐵,轉來轉去,終於揾到安達中心,要行落地牢,再轉入面乘搭電梯,非常麻煩。其次,環境差太遠,沒有免費泊車,十六人坐在大堂,要分開兩張枱坐,我們點了兩個八人套餐。週六,日要加錢,加一服務費整體而言,尖東這間店,地點環境没有I square 佔盡優勢,食物質素亦遜於I square店,個人從來相信一分錢一分貨,食物質素算是對得起這個價錢吧。 continue reading
