 元旦日,從離島乘船回港途中,在Open Rice app中,揀選了灣仔的潮棻廳.潮菜廳位於灣仔鵝頸橋旁邊,餐廳門旁已掛著一幅推介”超值潮菜海鮮餐.”banner.踏入餐廳,待應詢問訂座人數及帶位.餐廳內部環境優雅,由於比預訂時間早,客人不多,感覺頗為寧靜舒適.坐下後,我們選擇了推介的”超值潮菜海鮮餐” 品嚐.餐的首道菜式是潮式凍花蟹,蟹黃不多,蟹肉味道一般,唯蟹身略為細了一點.接著是響螺燉雞湯,熱騰騰的湯水,配上充足的湯料充足.在寒冷時飲用,有保暖的感覺.第三道菜式是鹵水鵝拼盤,拼盤材料各具特色,份量適中.乾鮑魚肉餅是用碗匙盛載,一口一啖去品嚐.乾鮑魚與肉餅的配搭,感到味道不錯.潮炊黃立鯧配上豆豉,蔥及紅椒,味道頗濃,略為淡咸了一點.最後是潮式臘味炒飯,炒飯沒有油膩的感覺,口感不錯,是最驚喜的一道菜式.
