To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🔮牛油果,魚生沙律

🔮和風壽喜燒肥牛鍋
個人覺得呢個壽喜燒湯底屬於偏清甜的,加上本身的肥牛牛肉香和豆腐香,湯底真係可以當湯來飲都唔會覺得好甜漏;肥牛肉質相當軟腍,牛香十足,配上半生熟的月見汁,口感更見香滑

🔮魚一極尚壽司
百零蚊就食到一個新鮮大碗嘅魚生丼,真心真係覺得好抵,廚師絕對唔吝嗇,魚生份量相當之多,而且每款刺身魚生都非常新鮮,大頭牡丹蝦,日本海膽,北海道帆立貝,厚切三文魚片,吞拿魚片,油甘魚片,吞拿魚蓉他他,新鮮魚子,成個碗面切到滿滿的,賣相相當有睇頭,魚生仲多過啲飯,我哋兩個人真係食得超滿足

🔮鹽燒厚切牛舌
只要係材料新鮮,味道就已經贏咗九條街;這個厚燒牛舌,牛舌肉質爽嫩彈牙,只是加岩鹽和黑椒來提味,已牛味十足,且肉汁豐富,必食推介之一

🔮燒菠蘿
呢個燒菠蘿,亦都係我其中一個至愛,廚師會揀選差唔多熟透的菠蘿,新鮮原個菠蘿切片,入口爆汁Juicy ,非常清甜,攞來做飯後果甜品絕對一流啊

由於餐廳實在太受歡迎啦,加排隊想排少一陣嘅話,可以預早GULU app度先登記攞位,預返啱時間,咁你到門口就唔好等太耐啦
