今日同家人一齊去左一間叫廣東名門既中菜酒家食晚飯,位於元朗青山公路潭尾段,由元朗市中心搭車入去都係10分鐘,去到門口仲有得泊車,我地4人去到叫左4款菜。“名門炭燒燒鵝皇” 半隻燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,咬落去又脆又多汁,加上香濃炭燒味配搭埋酸梅醬,愈食愈津津有味。“薑蔥魚雲煲”夠大煲,魚雲肉滑,加入薑蔥夠惹味。“西蘭花蝦球炒蚌柳”,份量夠多西蘭花翠綠爽口,蝦球大大嚿,口感彈牙,配搭雲耳炒,味道真係不錯之選。“椒鹽焗肉排”,椒鹽味夠香,咬落肉質送鬆化。4款菜都各有特色,價值合理,環境舒服,員工服務貼心!
