呢2日天氣開始凍少少,已經到左10-11月食大閘蟹的季節位於元朗冬菇亭附近,有呢間漁記大閘蟹專門店,提供唔同大細,新鮮,精神的大閘蟹比我地揀依家係蟹公當造季節,自己本身超鐘意公,點解?!D 膏好creamy 好黏口好香,一咬成口都係真係好過癮膏狀帶鮮橙色,中間有晶瑩剔透的透明膏蟹膏個種香味真係無法抗拒蟹殼都黐住好多膏,是不容錯失蟹乸的膏較硬身點,呈深橙色,係會較蟹公先當造大概9月中-10月尾最棒11月第2星期左右就食蟹公啦~今次買左4隻3公1乸(size 介乎5両半至6両半)隻隻都幾大隻職員好細心,會pack 好曬,我返到屋企隻隻都好生猛,眼仔碌碌附送紫蘇菜,薑茶(食完蟹會比較寒涼,用熱水沖好慢慢嘆就good ),剪刀✂️套裝佢教埋點蒸: 5両多咁大隻需要大火後蒸25分鐘如果4両左右,就大火起計15分鐘就🆗D 蟹係蘇州陽澄湖送落嚟非常新鮮如果之前未食過,又想試,食下咩味先,有入門版4両BB 大閘蟹, ~$48有一隻,有買5送1優惠

職員好細心,會pack 好曬,我返到屋企隻隻都好生猛,眼仔碌碌
