大滾友火鍋真係一間幾正嘅火鍋店😋 位於元朗，呢度嘅裝潢係宮廷式，真係好有特色，入到去就好似穿越咗去古代咁，別有一番風味✨首先講下佢哋嘅湯底❤️❤️半隻花膠雞湯底真係好正，湯底清甜，飲落去好滋潤😌 半生熟雞係另上嘅，唔會係湯底滾到鞋哂👍牛肉拼盤係我嘅最愛，有好多唔同款式嘅牛肉🥰🥰🥰包括手切本地牛頸脊、安格斯牛肉、牛柳粒、黃喉同牛舌等等，真係每一款都好好味，牛肉質感嫩滑😋😋入口即溶🤤 伊比利亞橡果豬都係必試之一，肉質鮮嫩😍😍味道濃郁，真係一試難忘🐷上菜時仙氣十足，岩哂打卡蟹籽蝦丸都唔錯，4粒啱啱好，咬落去夠彈牙，真係好特別🦀🦐大滾友雜菜拼盤有好多選擇，有娃娃菜、油麥菜、木耳🍅🍅蕃茄、粟米等等🌽🌽真係好豐富，食完唔會覺得膩😋炸芋頭都係一大亮點，外脆內軟，香口又唔油膩，真係好好味😋仲有成渣竹蔗茅根，飲落去好清甜，真係好解渴😌火焰焦糖豆腐花係甜品🔥🔥焦糖味道夠哂香濃，好睇又好食😍😍真係happy ending 🍮
