近年韓燒店林立,元朗亦有好幾間,但真正韓風燒烤嘅不多,新麻蒲算係好韓風嘅一間。坐低會送上生菜,沙律,醬料,前菜等,這裏嘅沙律用上黑芝麻醬,幾特別,但少了點酸味。是晚前菜,這些都可以無限refill的,自家制無添加,食得安心。叫套餐會有這個火灸牛肉壽司(?),店員係面前燒的,有姿勢有實際,幾好味喎。點了套餐,用上三層架擺放,賣相靚又慳位。食韓燒至愛爐邊蛋,這裏的蛋加入泡菜。一開始就燒五花腩,至肥的肉,店員見狀幫我地換上烤盤不用網燒,佢話肥肉咁樣燒無咁搶火。燒走上黎嘅五花腩真係肥美又甘香,整返個生菜包食下先。淨係燒肉有啲悶嘅,叫左啲海鮮試下,大量芝士喺面,睇見都相食呀~黎啦黎啦,燒到滆嘅芝士呀~正正正!燒肉,燒什菌,燒海鮮,不停手~除左蛋同芝士,至愛牛肋肉同牛肩肉,肉味濃,燒得耐左都唔會過韌。最後~梗系要甜品啦~叫左萬聖節期間限定嘅雪花冰,奶味濃,再加左大量草莓醬甜甜酸酸,好好味!手指用曲奇做,眼睛用粉霜做,好味又得意!是晚坐最盡頭位,略微不夠冷氣,對住個爐燒真係幾熱架。
