To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去親元朗都食死某間壽司店,今次試下另一間,因為見人話好抵食,位置喺千色店再行前少少,唔難搵。餐廳係複式設計,坐位有啲逼,晚飯時間直頭坐爆哂。同男友人嘅口味出現分歧,咁就各有各叫。我叫左自選丼飯,入面有三文魚腩,油甘魚腩,中拖羅,葱吞拿魚腩蓉,好開心,樣樣都係自己鐘意食,而且重點係刺身非常新鮮好味。男友人就叫和風肥牛鍋,同放題食開嘅肥牛鍋有咩分別呢?就係個肥牛好大片,牛味好濃!仲有叫左蟹子沙律,牛舌串同芝士玉子燒一齊食,全部都好好味呀~性價比果然高!
