好耐之前一次機緣巧合下去元朗食鐵板燒,認識到李師傅,再次去既時候發覺師傅已經無做。今次知道李師傅新開鐵板燒餐廳,即刻去幫襯下試下。店鋪環境以簡約風為主,不過剛入坐時冷氣好凍,到師傅開始煮食時溫度先岩岩好。估計係因為師傳煮食時溫度上升,所以店鋪長期都開大冷氣。溫室蕃茄野菜配風乾火腿蕃茄好甜,配搭風乾火腿一啖過味道非常夾!新開業預約贈送的刺身兩盛,刻意用火槍燒過既吞拿魚,味道唔錯,新鮮海膽醬配松葉蟹肉,超級驚喜!配海膽醬令到蟹肉既鮮味升華十倍!必試!師傅以鹽鋪底,再放上新鮮仲識郁既南非鮑魚再以昆布放面然後加蓋焗原隻上碟配以剛切出既鮑魚膽做醬,用刀叉食鮑魚既感覺比起切好既感覺正好多!就返自己想厚切超彈牙!師傅刻意將魚皮切出,同魚肉分開煎,魚皮煎到脆卜卜,魚肉剛剛好唔會老,滑!師傅處理龍蝦既手勢非常純熟,三兩下手勢就取出龍蝦肉同龍蝦膏,以龍蝦膏做醬汁淋上龍蝦肉,味道非常好,新鮮龍蝦就係唔同啲!同行友人成班餓鬼上身,話要額外加兩份大蝦試一試,大蝦既處理方法同龍蝦相約,但係食落去既感覺大蝦更彈牙,鮮味就都係龍蝦正啲。值得一試!封門柳真係一個好好食既部位,牛味重,香!又唔會鞋!平時食和牛既油膩感太勁

封門柳真係一個好好食既部位,牛味重,香!又唔會鞋!平時食和牛既油膩感太勁,封門柳真係一絕。

最後仲有炒飯,龍蝦湯,甜品

同行友人個個都叫哂救命話好飽,飲飽食醉埋單每位$1300,抵食!
