經過元朗見到一間正宗印度餐廳,將傳統尼泊爾菜帶到香港尼泊爾餃子🥟叫momo 有豬肉或雞肉2款餡料可以蒸、煎或炸我叫咗豬肉蒸餃,即叫即蒸 ,原汁原味🤤豬肉餡料加咗洋蔥同椰菜絲,口感豐富值得一讚係秘製醬汁,必沾!呢款醬料雖然有少少辣但係唔會太辣,亦都唔會蓋過餃子嘅味道食起上嚟,愈食愈上癮🤣另外尼泊爾小食,脆皮油炸球真心有驚喜😋原來呢款小食以前係皇家🫅🏻小食嚟時至今日,普羅大眾都品嚐到~炸脆球炸至金黃色,但唔油膩放入薯仔蓉同鷹嘴豆,口感豐富之餘好開胃一定要倒少少傳統醬汁,但有少少薄荷辣嘅味道,好特別🤤雞肉椰子咖喱配飯或薄餅都咁好味咖喱加入洋蔥粒、蕃茄碎同椰奶,味道更香口比傳統嘅咖喱冇咁飽滯,而且辣度適中😉The Momo Place 元朗水車館街11號連勝大廈地下10號舖

呢款醬料雖然有少少辣
但係唔會太辣,亦都唔會蓋過餃子嘅味道
食起上嚟,愈食愈上癮🤣

另外尼泊爾小食,脆皮油炸球真心有驚喜😋

原來呢款小食以前係皇家🫅🏻小食嚟
時至今日,普羅大眾都品嚐到~
炸脆球炸至金黃色,但唔油膩
放入薯仔蓉同鷹嘴豆,口感豐富之餘好開胃
一定要倒少少傳統醬汁,但有少少薄荷辣嘅味道,好特別🤤

雞肉椰子咖喱配飯或薄餅都咁好味
