上星期放工後同朋友嚟咗元朗呢間薄荷葉食泰國菜,餐廳都掛咗啲泰國嘅裝飾品。睇吓個餐牌,都幾多選擇,基本泰國餐廳有嘅菜式,呢度都有。我同朋友都係餓底嚟嘅,於是我哋就叫咗個特色菠蘿飯、酸甜魚、六條串燒、茄子同兩個椰青。菠蘿炒飯入面加入左提子乾、腰果、肉鬆、同各類海鮮,非常泰式,基本上加得肉鬆嘅飯都幾好食。而且成筒飯份量非常多,就算我同朋友係餓底都食唔晒呀!抵食!另外,泰式炒茄子夠晒鹹香,加左豆豉,所以食落去有種鹹鮮味,比較重口味。我同朋友都不約而同咁覺得酸甜魚最好食,魚身炸得香脆,淋上咗好似咕嚕肉嘅開胃酸甜汁,非常惹味。就連平時唔鍾意食魚嘅朋友都覺得佢係咁多道菜最好味嘅一道。嚟泰國餐廳點能夠唔飲椰青,清甜!

另外,泰式炒茄子夠晒鹹香,加左豆豉,所以食落去有種鹹鮮味,比較重口味。

我同朋友都不約而同咁覺得酸甜魚最好食,魚身炸得香脆,淋上咗好似咕嚕肉嘅開胃酸甜汁,非常惹味。就連平時唔鍾意食魚嘅朋友都覺得佢係咁多道菜最好味嘅一道。
