今晚於元朗一間新開的西餐廳 "Ada's Not Here" 用晚膳,由大廚發辦,幫我們從揀白酒到每一個dishes都細心打點好,帶子墨魚汁意大利飯的鮮味,燒雞的精彩fusion式調味,還有高水準(但同時完全唔貴)嘅steak(唔記得影相,因為我庖丁上身,一上檯就立即解牛,可惜),每一道菜都讓我們非常滿足。餐後老細捧來自慢(且自釀)之陳皮桂花酒,可謂錦上添花。誠意推介境外朋友嚟元朗用餐,如果好彩撞正 not here 嘅 Ada啲藍帶甜品 here 嘅話,咁就真係幾遠入嚟都抵番。餐廳行精緻路線,心動的朋友記得book 位呀。
