前排閉關在家,今日終於放監覓食😮‍💨 聽朋友講元朗開咗間新川菜,就嚟試試佢!!餐廳裝修係古代客棧風,令我置身穿越時代,啱晒打卡😝 呢到有魚缸養住魚,即叫即劏保證新鮮😳除咗有酸菜魚、水煮魚、烤魚、麻辣火鍋仲有小炒 好多款式老檀酸菜魚$188 小辣係用無骨黑魚片,配菜有豆卜、萵筍、 豆皮、芽菜、寬粉 。魚片份量都多,酸菜味都夠,豆卜索晒啲汁😆 整體唔錯 味道都濃但油比較多蒜泥白肉$68有8舊都多,白肉半肥瘦再夾片青瓜,完全無咗肥膩感仲帶點清新又爽感覺。個人覺得夾青瓜條口感會再豐富啲薑蔥焗生蠔$128蠔以先炸再炒嘅方式去煮,蠔幾飽滿,同埋都好多蔥同洋蔥😉 愛蔥人士可點花菜炒五花肉$108好多餐廳都係會落酸醋去炒花菜,但佢係落孜然粉去炒,好香🥹🥹成碟都重孜然,五花肉有啲乾身整體價錢都尚可,味道不錯,諗唔到食咩可以一試👍🏻
