接下來是香辣回鍋肉,肉片炒香後,搭配香辣的醬汁非常惹味,配上蔬菜、香蔥、豆腐,用料十足。🌶️🤣

黃金魷魚鬚都十分推薦,黃金酥脆的外衣包覆著嫩滑的魷魚,絕對是下飯嘅最佳選擇。🦑😆

由於碟碟餸都好好食,我地胃口大增,叫左兩碗白飯,今次同朋友聚舊好開心,下次會再黎食過。😉😉

今次嚟到元朗呢一間樓上四川餐廳,下晝四點幾你呢個時間人流唔係好多,反而可以細心欣賞佢嘅裝修,有啲燈籠仔幾有氣氛。首先上菜嘅係黃金蝦。黃金蝦炸得香脆,面頭嘅蛋黃非常惹味。手拍青瓜呢邊嘅手拍青瓜偏向辣味濃啲蒜泥白肉卷青瓜張蒜泥嘅重口味同埋腩肉嘅油膩感平衡得好好,另外可以睇得出師傅嘅刀工,整碟賣相非常好。鐵板水晶粉水晶粉嘅口感幾特別,比起銀針粉幼身。非常辣,用嚟送酒一流。碼頭無骨花雕醉雞半隻相信呢個係呢度嘅招牌,好耐冇食過咁好食嘅醉雞,走嘅味相當突出,雞肉都好嫩滑,仲要無骨,無可挑剔。另外我見餐廳都有啲包廂,適合一大班朋友聚會。

自選肥腸乾鍋
自選乾鍋有個好處就係想食乜餸就加乜餸,炒出嚟會變得好有層,辣味可以揀麻辣、香辣同蒜香,辣妹又選咗麻辣,我食完呢餐之後食辣程度應該都提升咗好多。乾鍋原鍋配菜有蓮藕同萵筍,蓮藕、萵荀同花椰菜炒過之後變得香口但仲保持到爽脆口感,肥腸好肥美,同芫茜一齊入口特別滋味。

冰粉配料簡單只有花生米、提子乾同菠蘿,食過之後覺得好有驚喜,花生米嘅味道同紅糖味出奇地夾,提子同菠蘿嘅酸甜味添加咗清新感,可以去除主菜嘅重口味。
