慕名來到這間口碑不俗的小店,才知道下午一點才開門,惟有先閒逛半小時。不過事實證明,這番等待是值得的,按招牌點了豬什湯河,本身對豬内臟有點抗拒,但仍整碗吃光了,湯頭清甜帶點疆絲,有淡淡雞酒的清香,豬什看得出經過仔細處理,十分乾淨,且口感十足,難怪開業只幾個月,便客似雲來。據聞無骨燒鴨瀬和醉豬手也頗有名,待下次多人前往,必點品嚐!
