身為元朗街坊嘅我地成日都會去大排檔食飯,貪大排檔有獲氣又有氣氛,而呢間大排就係我地成日食開,因為呢間嘅燒鷄真係好有特色同超好味,用炭火即叫即燒,所以一坐低我地一定係叫左燒雞先慢慢睇餐牌!仲每次去都一定要叫一隻食先得!🐥招牌即燒雞 $198即燒瓦缸碳燒燒雞,原隻企係到上枱,畫面非常震撼!而且提供手套鉸剪俾你自己剪開嚟食,非常好玩!不過今次我就叫左廚房幫手切雞。燒雞真係做到皮脆肉嫩,雞皮真係非常香脆,好似食緊薯片咁!而雞入面用左蒜蓉同淮鹽去醃,非常入味,加上嫩滑而滴住雞油嘅雞肉,真係好滋味!🪿豉油王鵝腸 $118鵝腸份量非常之多,好抵!豉油王嘅味道調校得非常好,唔會得一味死咸,配上爽脆嘅鵝腸,送酒一流!而個底仲好有心思,係芽菜加金菇,點返啲豉油食,好味。🦐椒鹽蝦 $168隻隻蝦都大大隻同好新鮮,蝦肉彈牙,而且個蝦走油走得非常好,蝦殼脆卜卜但一啲都唔油,椒鹽味恰到好處唔會太鹹,又係送酒一流嘅小菜!🦪薑蔥台生蠔煲 $188估唔到係用砂煲上,一打開蓋,啲香味衝上嚟,侍應仲會幫你炒多幾下,等啲餸嘅熱力再平均啲,真係啫啫聲咁!生蠔份量又係勁多仲勁大隻!生蠔🦪撲咗少少粉再去快炒,令到表面香脆,而保持到
