之前我放工入元朗去找朋友仔食飯,佢話有一間新開的西餐廳,環境簡潔,想試一下。我自己鍾意食野,所以同佢地一齊去試下新餐廳。老闆,waiter 及廚師都好好人,佢地會介紹一下佢地的特色食物及問一下對食物的意見。我地叫了個義式海鮮燙,D蜆及青口好鮮甜。龍蝦仔意大利飯及黑松露意粉,但我好鍾意個意粉,因為D意粉是廚師每日自己新手自己整的,不是在外面買回來,意粉煙煙韌韌好有口感,而個海鮮飯用龍蝦仔燙,蝦肉,細蕃茄仔煮的。我地幾個人都叫了燒春雞 ,羊扒,安格斯西冷牛扒 。牛扒面上有巴馬芝士,有香脆及芝士香味。如果鍾意食甜品一定要試以下三款。Tiramisu,蜜糖芭菲松子和青檸忌廉凍是廚師自己創作的,其他地方試唔到。下次再入元朗食佢地其他款項意粉。
