上個禮拜去元朗探好耐無見的朋友,佢帶左我去左位於世宙商場的OMAKASE專門店舍利鮨食廚師發辦。餐廳的裝修走日系簡約風, 環境寬敞,坐得舒服。筋子壽司 - 筋子係仍被卵膜包裹的三文魚子,用左麵豉醃製幾日,粒粒晶瑩通透,咬開筋子後整個口腔都充滿左魚油的甘香,鹹淡味適中,比一般的魚子更為鮮味。中拖羅 - 鐘意食刺身的,必定會食拖羅。今次我食中拖羅,中拖羅係魚腩中後部分,脂肪比例較高,油脂均勻分佈,入口即溶,魚香持久濃郁而且恰到好處。白蝦壽司 - 白蝦透明鮮甜味美, 蝦味濃郁,肉質細滑。
