最近做嘢好辛苦,決定食餐omakase.選擇有平有貴,價位由$780-$1680亦有。座位雖然唔多,但乾淨企理,日式裝修,由於置身日本。每款壽司都十分新鮮,完勝出面嘅連鎖壽司店。😍今次總共有六款壽司:干瓢卷,目光魚、石垣貝,秋刀魚干飄卷:一共兩塊,飯十分軟糯,:干瓢卷是日本平民美食,香港的日本餐廳鮮有供應,即使進食時不蘸調味料也滋味十足。目光魚:原嚟就係青目魚,肉質細膩,帶著豐富的油質香氣。醬油漬大拖羅 :唔需要再沾醬油。入口鮮甜入口即溶。秋刀魚:完全唔會有魚腥,配搭醬油鮮味十足,石垣貝:味道鮮甜。總體而言非常值得再嚟😍

去完旅行返香港,仲好掛住日本嘅味道🤤,所以我就即刻入元朗,去食omakasa佢哋嘅午餐最平先$480起,相當抵食而我最鍾意食嘅係 燒比目魚,鹹鹹地燒得幾香而壽司方面,醋飯調味調得好好,所以配上唔同嘅刺身都好好食,當中有醬油漬中拖羅,深海池魚,富山縣昆布漬白蝦,口感豐富,配上個獨特嘅醋飯一起吃,簡直一流。😍而佢嘅茶碗蒸都幾正,啲蛋煮得好滑,勁想食多一碗😂😂呢一個價錢有呢一個質素,算係相當滿意😍😍

元朗出名多野食,但係omakase就真係未試過,今次同男朋友一於去元朗國嘗下出名既舍利鮨,一嘗omakase 既享受! 一去到門口就好似去左日本🇯🇵咁🥰🥰成間餐廳以木系為主,入到入面好舒服,而且仲可以睇師傅表演純熟嘅手勢,真係賞心悅目嘅事🤭🤭鰆魚係冬季適合食嘅魚,比較肥美,味道偏去淡身,建議加上芥末,口感會更佳 💕💕!醬油漬大拖羅脂肪非常厚,入口即溶😋😋拖羅既魚油簡直係留在口腔師傅再配上左小小醬油令個整個拖羅既味道提升!玉子燒一個字「滑」!蛋味濃而香,並不會乾身!魚湯香濃又有濃郁嘅魚味,而且一啲都唔腥,十分鮮味!哈密瓜最後配上依個又香又甜又多汁既哈密瓜佢總結!依餐omakase真係感覺非常良好!而且性價平好高,值得一試嫁!😊
