廚師發辦🥳,近年來在香港相當流行,廚師發辦店四處可見。我作為新界人,也光顧過多間元朗的廚師發辦店哦~而當中比較想推介有質素又抵食的 •🇯🇵壽司源•!!! 想當年開業不久,與媽媽到訪過一次,覺得質素好好🤭。為慶祝買樓成功,所以最近再次光顧啦~ 「 廚師發辦🍣$1080/位 」 一千多的廚師發辦,包含前菜、14件壽司、手卷、味噌湯和甜品,份量十足,超級滿足呀😍!!! _前菜是溫室小蕃茄🍅、綠茶冷麵和炸無花果。 小蕃茄清甜多汁,冷麵爽滑,味道不錯。 然後就到手握壽司囉💕~ _九州伊佐目 用酸汁調味和配上紫蘇花,味道清新,賣相精美。 _北海道帆立貝 軟腍的帆立貝,帶有微微的海水味🌊,很鮮甜。 _九州間八 間八口感爽滑,魚味濃鮮。 _鹿兒島深海池魚 肥美的深海池魚,炙燒過後,油份更加豐富😍!!! _鱸魚 爽脆柔軟的鱸魚,用蛋黄碎提味,好特別呀~ _池魚 魚味濃的池魚,配上蔥後,味道濃香。 _甜蝦 黏糯的甜蝦用柚子調味,超香的柚子味在口中爆發,好有驚喜🥳!! _北海道牡丹蝦 我很愛吃牡丹蝦🦐,厚肉的牡丹蝦配上燒過和調過味的蝦膏,蝦味濃郁,好好吃~ _長崎縣中拖羅 脂肪適中的中拖羅,肥美可口,味道不
