To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟朋友A去完SMOKEY ICE食特色甜品後才去士林食我們的"顛娜"我們叫了他的招牌菜~~~紅燒牛肉麵濃濃的牛肉麵湯底,牛肉很厚而且炆得夠淋,份量很大,好好食。另外叫了兩個小食:香酥雞扒和鹽酥魷魚鬚香酥雞扒同樣是厚炸,但肉質仍然鮮嫩,GOOD鹽酥魷魚鬚 略遜一籌,無味叫了兩杯飲品:柑桔紅茶和草莓紅茶這兩杯紅茶有驚喜,很新鮮的柑桔、草莓味,唔似開粉糖水以前我只叫奶茶類的飲品,今後再來就多個選擇。元朗西菁街9號富盛大廈地下
