To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在working week 的禮拜中段，距離周末尚有兩天啊！天氣潮濕、有點悶熱，煩著出來吃午餐的選擇之際，突然想起了元気壽司，那就吃他們的午食の選吧！元気的SET LUNCH 分三款: 贅沢の午食、午食の選、価值の選。而MIKIKI 分店供應的是午食の選。而午食の選通常分3至4款選擇，每款HKD 70-85 。牛肉烏冬配三文魚蟹肉飯：牛肉烏冬的牛肉不錯但略肥，所以烏冬湯底也變得有很多油脂浮在面。三文魚魚生是average水準的。元氣定食，「食嘢要食招牌」! 定食有粒粒魚生飯丶茶碗蒸蛋丶麵豉湯、刺身及炸蝦，分量輕盈，很合女士口味，而且又冷又熱的食品，不會因為吃得太多生冷食品，而感覺有點不平衡和冰冷的感覺。壽司刺身，吃起來感覺清淡健康得來而不失豐富感，作為偶爾午飯之選，不失為一個好的選擇！
