To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和同事外出午飯，選了去元氣。午餐時間比較多家長及學生在等位，幸好輪候時間不會太長。午餐定食選項不多，只有5款可選，當中3款是包含壽司，2款是有刺身。極上元氣刺身飯定食 ($93)，有前菜、刺身飯、海鮮茶碗蒸及麵豉湯。前菜是蟹柳蟹籽沙律，蟹柳切絲，以沙律醬拌勻，加點蟹籽增加口感豐富度，簡單好食。海鮮茶碗蒸，內裡有帆立貝、蝦仁及鳴門卷，夠味又滑溜。極上元氣刺身飯，有多款刺身，包括三文魚、三文魚腩、赤蝦、帆立貝、拖羅、赤身及玉子，雖然每款只有一或兩件，但都足以滿足味蕾。刺身的鮮甜度不錯，稍嫌醋飯偏酸了丁點。雖然元氣午餐定食份量足，夠飽肚，價錢也不會過高，惟公司附近要食美味刺身飯有更好的選擇。元氣的優點是坐卡位比較寬闊舒適。
