To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日LUNCH由於有人請食飯所以要去豪一豪元気寿司對我黎講 食個午餐要成一百蚊黎講係好豪架喇平時食開五十蚊 或者食個米線三十幾咁所以今次係一次午餐豪食哈哈哈我仲要食個特上元氣定食成92蚊一個仲要加一所以成一舊水一個餐但佢都幾多野食既有個沙律先 賣相幾樣衰下 好似唔新鮮咁啲菜之後仲有個魚生飯 仲有啲刺生魚生飯麻麻地 飯太凍 影響口感刺生都算新鮮 三文魚都入口唔算溶化 鮮味唔夠有個燉蛋 好熱好熱好熱味道比較清淡 但唔錯既仲有個三文魚頭湯都幾入味有種三文魚鮮香味 入口好似雞湯咁有啲覺得整體感覺唔錯
