To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣前排出左高速線壽司送餐，最近又出左幾款新既壽司ITEMS，岩岩今日去左試。叫左幾款都係新野豪快海老二點 $22、北海道帆立貝牛油燒 $17、海膽配厚切墨魚 $14、三色海鮮卷 $20、焗檸檬芝士蛋糕 $19。逐一評下豪快海老二點 $22：兩款唔同的蝦壽司, 仲有魚子。北海道帆立貝牛油燒 $17：帆立貝同牛油個味道不嬲都好夾，加上帆立貝夠大粒。海膽配厚切墨魚 $14：啲海膽配厚切墨魚配搭好新鮮！三色海鮮卷 $20：上面有好多細細帶子同蝦。焗檸檬芝士蛋糕 $19：最後一定要食甜品！元気出名cheese cake，而家出左焗檸檬芝士蛋糕，🍰芝士味好濃，仲多左陣檸檬既味道，好清新又夾到，最喜歡呢個呀。
