To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小編今天外出到大埔工作,因為人新路不熟便四處尋覓食肆,走進大埔中心的商場內食肆林立,但無一能勾起我的食慾。 當我看到元氣壽司時便想起很久沒吃完,隨即胃口大開進入鋪內。 以前因一星期吃數次,對食物都摸熟了,二話不說便點了帆立具壽司,三文魚壽司等的例牌壽司。 然後我在餐單看到有新的初夏之海,有灸燒魷魚和魷魚軟骨壽司,味道看似吸引便叫了一客入主題了。先說說三文魚壽司吧,其冷凍度偏冷,厚身,咬下去口感豐富,味道鮮甜,非常好吃。 然後是我的最愛,帆立具壽司,大大粒的帆立具看上去已教人直流口水,我一口把他放在嘴裏,海水味和帆立貝的鮮味沖擊著我的味蕾,吃了那麼多次帆立貝壽司,這一次是最好吃的,使我畢生難忘。  最後要說的是新出的灸燒魷魚和魷魚軟骨壽司,燒魷魚的表面原來有一層牛油,感覺很特別,還是我頭一次吃有牛油的壽司,口感不錯,香口的牛油亦沒有擋住魷魚的鮮味,值得好評。
