To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日一行4日到元氣壽司晚餐未夠7點，門口已經有10幾人等緊位我地大約等左45分鐘就有位三文魚壽司，食左5碟，有2碟好肥好正，但另外3碟麻麻，有d唔係咁新鮮炸虾卷，食既時候d虾重熱ga，裡面重有小小沙律醬，好味太卷，元氣太卷一向都抵食，大大件，成個拳頭咁大，一件頂2件，抵食蟹子沙律壽司，我無食，不過其他人話d紫菜"淋"左玉子蛋壽司，個人覺得舊玉子過甜，麻麻ja軟殼蟹手卷，熱辣辣既軟殼蟹加埋d沙律醬，絕配，正黑椒燒三文魚壽司，加左黑椒既三文魚野味好多左口魚裙邊:lee個唔得，好似食緊舊膠咁油甘魚壽司，新鮮，又夠肥，好味
