講起拉麵,大家可能淨係諗起豬骨湯麵,但原來灣仔隱藏咗間香港最歷史悠久嘅雞白湯嘅拉麵店。肥仔作為灣仔工作嘅奴工,一定要試試佢!🍜至極雞白湯拉麵雞白湯係經10小時慢火烹調而成,入口好濃滑好rich,回韻鮮甜,一啲都唔會油膩。雞肉好嫩好淋,唔會柴,配料有炸蓮藕片、原隻溏心蛋同紫蔥。麵我揀咗捲曲麵,比起直麵,曲麵嘅掛湯能力更出色,回彈唔錯有咬口。🍜明太子雞翼🐔無骨雞翼入釀左滿滿嘅明太子餡,鮮嫩多汁,外脆內軟。總結,湯頭特別,吃完麵條後肥仔都喝了些湯底,津津有味!店內員工主要以英文交流,熱情有禮。值得一試。
