To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 😋上星期同圓圓去尖沙咀發現咗一間充滿古代風嘅酒家叫做「北京老家」,入面主打東北菜餚,仲有好多我同圓圓都好鍾意嘅中菜😍😍🫘其中一道菜係高力豆沙啦,高力豆沙係一道傳統嘅中國甜點,高力粉嘅口感酥脆可口,豆沙嘅味道香甜濃郁。高力粉嘅酥脆感同豆沙嘅濃郁感完美融合,整體嘅口感非常好,我同圓圓一口氣清咗兩個🤣🤣🦆我哋再加咗一碟片皮鴨同宮爆大蝦,片皮鴨蘸上甜麵醬食用,鴨肉嘅皮酥脆,肉質鮮嫩,超級好味呀😍超快清咗碟!🦐而宮爆大蝦嘅蝦仁好鮮嫩、洋蔥嘅清甜,加埋特別醬汁嘅調味,配埋一齊好好味呀!🐟跟住我哋點咗嘅椒鹽小黃魚,小黃魚肉質鮮嫩彈牙,椒鹽嘅香味濃郁,青紅椒嘅清香提味。小黃魚嘅鮮味被椒鹽嘅香味很好地襯托出來,好夾好惹味😋🍚我地仲點咗老家炒年糕,年糕嘅軟糯,香菇嘅鮮味,都非常突出。醬油嘅調味恰到好處👍🏻✨總括嚟講,呢間充滿古代風嘅酒家各款菜式都係好啱香港人胃口,大家經過尖沙咀記得唔好錯過呀🤣🤣推薦指數:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
