To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次又同朋友搵食到蘭桂芳,餐廳以歌劇院為主題主題,無論裝修定食物擺盤都一絲不苟Brunch有晒前菜、主菜、甜品同埋飲品,餐廳仲會不定時有新鮮焗起既pizza出爐,再由店員逐枱派送保證熱焫焫🥗前菜有唔同種類嘅火腿、沙律菜同埋芝士,最特別係用左一張獨立枱專登放多士同幾款多士既配菜,除左經常見到既Cole cut、火腿同芝士之外,仲有意式生牛肉同牛仔肉,非常特別🦞海鮮方面有生蠔、同各款意式做法既魚生。生蠔夠哂凍,入口滿滿既海水味同非常creamy,刺身有鯛魚、三文魚同吞拿魚等等,各自用唔同既方法醃漬或調味,充滿意式風情🥩熟食方面,牛扒同埋羊架都唔會過熟,食落充滿肉汁之餘仲好鮮嫩。仲有三款意大利粉同三款醬汁可以配塔,廚師會即叫即煮,保證做到al dente。最後當然唔少得千層茄子同蕃茄肉丸呢d傳統意大利菜式🍰甜品選擇多,有芝士蛋糕、朱古力蛋糕、蘋果批等,仲可以自己裝同雪糕。但我最欣賞既都係歌劇院蛋糕,蛋糕質素妹蓬鬆同濕潤,呢種口感已經好少食到
