To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚與太太參觀完故宮文化博物館,仍沉醉於一件件美輪美奐又富歷史價值的展品之中,就順道在這附近食餐好,又可享受美麗的夜景最後選了這間港灣小館,店員看來很熱情,而且菜式中有不少Pizza據聞假日時這裡人山人海,幸好這日是平日,人不多Pizza選了這個Prosciutto di Parma Pizza (配水牛芝士、蕃茄醬、意大利巴馬火腿、芝麻菜及椰欖油) $158餅底是我們喜愛的脆口口感,水牛芝士併風乾煙肉很香口,很傳統的意大利風味。Chicken Wings 5pcs $88雞翼雖然是很常見的菜式,但視乎廚師的技術味道也會有很大出入這店的雞翼就外脆內軟,十分高質。另外還叫了杯 Stella Draught 25cl $40,口感清新幸好沒再叫其他食物,以上這些已經十分飽肚滿足今次我們還未看完西九故宮的館,只看了兩個館,期待下次再來參觀時也順道再來此店!

最後選了這間港灣小館,店員看來很熱情,而且菜式中有不少Pizza
據聞假日時這裡人山人海,幸好這日是平日,人不多
