我同朋友今日去咗食日本拉麵-黑蒜濃厚山藥豚骨拉麵湯底有淡淡淮山味，幾特別又唔會太濃。鹹味非常適中，好啱好適合香港人的口味，味道適中。佢夠豚肉都好腍一d都唔韌。-沾麵係廣島蠔沾麵🦪，有熱辣辣嘅湯底，濃而不鹹，又唔會太澀，啱啱好。蠔都算好大隻好新鮮幾鮮甜。-和風餃子🥟加咗沙律醬。餃子又唔會太大隻啱啱好食落去一啖或者兩啖就食完。-芝麻手羽雞翼外邊炸到好脆，又有少少哋嘅辣味I went with a friend to eat Japanese ramen today.- Black Garlic Rich Yam Tonkotsu Ramen：The broth has a subtle yam flavor, which is quite unique without being too heavy.
