餐廳:幸屋地點:灣仔機利臣街菜式:日式拉麵餐牌:拉麵,沾麵,丼飯,小食,沙律,飲品等。可以揀拉麵既粗幼同硬度,湯既濃度,香油分量,辣度,連叉燒,葱同椰菜分量都有得揀。冷豆腐 $32冷豆腐一客四片,超級滑溜,入口凍冰冰,面頭加上青瓜絲,加上蔥花,白芝麻粒同木魚花。伴有清香冷麵汁,夠味又唔會太濃。炎夏小食之選。和風炸雞 $45和風炸雞一客三件,伴有沙律醬。熱辣辣上枱,炸得皮脆肉嫩,係雞脾肉呀,入面都好多汁,點沙律醬食更滑溜又可以降溫。櫻花蝦味噌拉麵 $88櫻花蝦味噌拉麵湯底色水呈橙色,好有蝦香味,又唔會太鹹。拉麵我揀左幼麵,口感唔錯,蛋香十足。配料有半肥瘦厚叉燒一片同薄叉燒一片,原隻流汁糖心蛋,同好多櫻花蝦仔,令碗麵蝦香更濃。厚叉燒好腍又入味,薄叉燒好大片。蔬菜有黑木耳、椰菜、紫菜同蔥花,帶黎唔同口感。面頭再灑上白芝麻粒。我自己加枱上面蒜蓉,令個湯更好味!日本黑豚丼 $83日本黑豚丼有炙燒日本黑豚六片,上面灑上蔥花同白芝麻粒。黑豚食落爽口而且醬汁甜甜地好惹味,好有炙燒香味。配有一隻糖心蛋一開二,蛋黃撈飯正!仲有少量梛菜。飯量好多,個汁送飯一流,而且都好夠汁餸飯,食到底都有汁。辣芽菜好鍾意食呢度既辣芽菜 ,有一大瓶放係枱上任你加。辣芽菜脆口,酸酸辣辣又唔會太辣,幾好味!今餐拉麵同小食都保持一貫水準,入面裝修好有日本拉麵店感覺。星期六兩點幾都滿座。 continue reading

今天晚上沒人煮飯,順勢就出去吃吧😝😝😝😝。又被我找到機會在外面吃了,於是立馬約朋友今晚聚餐一下,聚餐說得有點誇張,就普通吃一吃啦🤭🤭🤭。放工就來到灣仔覓食了,這家拉麵就是在openrice找到的,好評蠻多,又不算貴,而且看它的沾麵也好有名,想吃就出發吧。店內很有懷舊的日式感覺。我們點了兩個主食,再加兩個小吃。拉麵/沾麵都可以客制化,其中包括任意選擇麵條軟硬度,湯汁的溫度/濃度也是可以按要求調整的,非常人性化。醬燒牛肉飯 牛肉不是肥牛,牛肉脂肪不多,牛味卻很濃,而且一點都不柴,反而越嚼越有牛味,米飯就一般日本珍珠米,很香軟,淋上甜甜的燒汁,很是下飯,溫泉蛋就有點睛之效。蝦汁帆立貝沾麵 選了幼麵/熱湯/湯正常濃度/豚角煮含兩隻大大隻的帆立貝,厚切但入口即化的豚角煮,但一點不膩,上面還鋪滿了櫻花蝦以及黑木耳,真的好豐盛。湯汁蝦味很香濃,每口麵點上這湯汁,好滋味。芝士年糕炸到外面有點脆感,但裏面就行軟糯,芝士咸香。冷豆腐豆腐順滑冰涼,加上爽脆的青瓜絲以及蔥花,夏天吃真的好清爽。餐牌有實物圖看着更容易選。吃完就離開了,拍了一下灣仔的街景,也是很復古。 continue reading

我同朋友今日去咗食日本拉麵-黑蒜濃厚山藥豚骨拉麵湯底有淡淡淮山味,幾特別又唔會太濃。鹹味非常適中,好啱好適合香港人的口味,味道適中。佢夠豚肉都好腍一d都唔韌。-沾麵係廣島蠔沾麵🦪,有熱辣辣嘅湯底,濃而不鹹,又唔會太澀,啱啱好。蠔都算好大隻好新鮮幾鮮甜。-和風餃子🥟加咗沙律醬。餃子又唔會太大隻啱啱好食落去一啖或者兩啖就食完。-芝麻手羽雞翼外邊炸到好脆,又有少少哋嘅辣味I went with a friend to eat Japanese ramen today.- Black Garlic Rich Yam Tonkotsu Ramen:The broth has a subtle yam flavor, which is quite unique without being too heavy. The saltiness is just right, making it perfect for Hong Kong tastes. The pork is tender and not at all tough.- Dipping Noodles with Hiroshima Oysters🦪: The broth is hot and spicy, rich without being salty, and not too bitter—just perfect. 去完灣仔合和新商場,走到附近內街一家拉麵店,黑蒜、辛味、豚骨等等,我就點了一碗櫻花蝦味增拉麵🍜櫻花蝦味增湯底濃郁,大量櫻花蝦、芝麻香蔥,又香又鮮味,跟味增既香氣完美結合。 豚肉叉燒有厚薄兩款,厚切腍滑,薄片油潤嫩軟。拉麵彈牙沾滿蝦湯味。另外還點了蒲燒鰻魚飯,鰻魚厚身,外焦香內嫩,配上醬油的甜味,仲有流心蛋🥚小食點左冷豆腐,搭配一點醬油,清爽滑口! 自製餃子,餃子上面那層薄膜,吃起來更酥香,一口一隻,爆汁juicy 🥟💕 continue reading

灣仔呢度都有好多食肆,但拉麵店唔算多,今日就走到嚟機利臣街呢間拉麵小店試吓。-一坐低見到枱面上有芽菜就已經好開心,食拉麵最正係有大量芽菜配🤭而且佢嘅芽菜係有少少酸辣,超開胃~-嚟得小店就想試吓啲特別啲嘅拉麵,所以叫咗個櫻花蝦味增拉麵($88)。最正嘅係呢個拉麵有大量櫻花蝦,連個湯底味噌味都好濃厚,仲有齊薄切同厚切叉燒,最鍾意個厚切叉燒,咬落軟腍,肥膏部份唔會太多👍🏻拉麵亦都煮到啱啱好,唔會過腍,而且好掛湯~-另外都叫左個新嘅咖喱拉麵($108)湯底濃郁唔膩,帶少少辣,會忍唔住飲哂🤭配料方面,有流心半熟蛋,同埋4塊薄切叉燒,份量比起大部份拉麵店多😍而且叉燒有少少微焦,令到叉燒更香口😋-小食方面叫左蒜香雞軟骨($38)同和風餃子($38)雞軟骨炸得好脆,但入面唔會好乾,好香口,食到停唔到口,不過真係好熱氣🤣而和風餃子個外皮煎到好靚,金黃色又脆身,如果可以配埋個酸酸地嘅汁就完美啦~ continue reading
