To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向都喜歡泰國菜的我，見到泰國菜當然雙眼發光🤩急不及待要跟朋友去吃吃😆🍢雞肉串燒2串 $46雞肉肉質厚實，火侯燒得剛剛好，很惹味👍🏾🥓地道燒臘腸 $30/串喜歡泰國菜的人必定會食泰國臘腸！臘腸口感煙韌，味道偏甜，是泰國的味道！🐷黃咖喱豬頸肉 $118黃咖哩辣度適中，有少少椰奶香味。配料都很多，而豬頸肉肉質爽嫩，撈飯一流👍🏾🥬泰式馬拉盞炒椰菜苗 $108必點之選👍🏾椰菜苗炒得很有鑊氣，椰菜亦很爽口，又是撈飯必配之選🫶🏻🍛香芒蟹肉炒飯 $118芒果清甜，蟹肉份量十足，每啖都吃到蟹肉，飯質炒得粒粒分明。必提的是有走蔥服務😻很窩心🫶🏻🫔泰式原味烤薄餅（2塊） $52熱辣辣送到上餐桌，餅面微微焦香，牛油味更香濃突出。入口酥軟，用來配黃咖哩十分夾。☕️泰式冰甜齋啡 $43本來都擔心泰國的茶品會比較甜。想不到餐廳調配的甜度適中，味道不會過甜，不錯👍🏾
