To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想當年曾住過有小曼谷之稱的九龍城,現在設有屯馬線；交通十分便利；不久將會改頭換面，重建成新市鎮。今次舊地重遊，到宋王臺地鐵站鄰近的衙前塱道一間充滿愛心；逢初一和初十五派送齋菜飯盒的泰皇閣泰國菜館吃泰國菜。餐廳門外擺設一對穿上泰國文族服式的大公仔，餐廳內也掛上泰國畫像和多款泰國菜式，感覺充滿泰國氣氛。餐廳主打之一，買相吸引的蛋包鮮蝦金邊粉，質感煙煙韌韌，大蝦爽甜。泰式燒羊架，燒得恰到好處，令肉質鮮嫩。驚喜的燒鰂魚,份量十足，魚肚塞滿泰式香料，香氣撲鼻，肉質嫩滑。清涼的椰汁珍多冰，便是這豐富泰國菜的完滿終結！
