打邊爐一定係香港人至愛，特別天氣咁凍，一定係最好嘅選擇！今次第一次嚟到荃灣食大滾友，聽個名都好搞笑，但係我更加覺得佢哋注重嘅係質素同埋仙氣啊！好多菜式出嚟都係有乾冰，打卡一流！首先湯底就叫咗消暑冬瓜瑤柱鍋，雖然同消暑一啲關係都冇，但係打卡真係一流，一放湯嘅話就會有乾冰放出嚟嘅煙，超特別，當然湯底都係唔錯，冬瓜煲完特別腍，而且吸晒啲湯好好食！自己叫咗大滾友牛肉拼盤細，我自己覺得除咗肥牛之外，隻隻都好有牛肉味，本地牛肉同牛肉粒都好唔錯！而佢哋嘅牛舌都唔會好韌！另外叫咗個魚唇，其實係魚翅附近嘅位置，口感有啲似花膠，我自己覺得係必點嘅，好重膠質！一啲都唔腥！蔬菜拼盤超大一盤，裏面仲有紫淮山同萵筍，係我嘅最愛！最後叫咗個火焰豆腐花，着晒火，打卡一流！
