早兩日和家人特地去沙田龍華酒店食飯,一間充滿懷舊情懷的餐館,喚起我一些兒時的回憶,整間餐館都幾大,有許多中式的懷舊陳設,好有特色。紅燒頂鴿,是餐館的招牌菜,龍華乳鴿可謂香港人的集體回憶,當然要試試。乳鴿外表香脆,充滿肉汁,肉質嫩滑,又夠厚身,的確有水準。懷舊荔芋香酥鴨,是一道懷舊的手工菜,平日很少機會食到這味菜,一層荔芋一層鴨肉,外面十分酥脆,荔芋香糯,鴨肉嫩滑,食味很平衡,實在令人回味。沙田滑雞粥,粥底夠綿滑,雞肉亦香滑,雞皮夠甘香,粥底味道偏清淡,可加一點點華塩和胡椒粉,更能提升雞粥的味道。鄉村風味炸大腸,外皮香脆,腸身厚肉,但沒有肥膏,加點甜酸醬,美味無窮,不是其他餐廳的炸大腸可比。木桶豆腐花,比想像中大桶,可有四大碗,豆腐花非常滑,充滿豆香,可不用加糖水,本身都帶有微甜,必試之選。
