To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天很多餐廳都不開,還好這裡照常營業,饑不擇食地走了進來。食要先涼後熱,先清後濃。首先選了三品豆腐,看樣子就很高分。雪白的豆腐上放了鮮蝦,魚籽,泡菜,顏色鮮美,味道更是搭配得當,爽脆的鮮蝦,油亮的魚籽,最後吃酸辣的泡菜。味蕾馬上開車了,看著菜單已冷靜不下來了。🤗第二道點了北寄貝刺身,紅白色的貝肉,放在冰塊薄荷葉上,鮮紅嫩綠,美得像幅畫。鮮甜的北寄貝,蘸上綠芥末醬,吃得停不下來。😋吃完兩道涼食,開始要熱葷,選了芝士灸三文魚腩,半熟的魚腩加上濃香芝士,滿口幸福感。😊最後要吃主食,大食的我點了黑蒜油豬軟骨拉麵,滿滿的一大碗,心花怒放,熱香的麵裡,配上爽脆的木耳絲,玉米,香蔥,當然還有兩大塊豬軟骨,爽滑又筋道的拉面,一口氣吃完,連湯都不放過。😘太幸福了,這裡便宜又好吃,服務一流還不收服務費,🤪謝謝🙏🙏
