今天和一位很久沒見的朋友相聚,去了尖沙咀的日式居酒屋【樂酒場】。店內以日式燈籠和霓虹光管裝潢,全場播放日本歌曲,充滿日本風情。我們坐在榻榻米座位區,感覺輕鬆愜意。先點兩杯鮮果梳打。【冰菠蘿梳打】【飛雪蜜瓜梳打】上面都插上了大件水果,果甜十足,菠蘿更是冰了的,吃下去透心涼~【牛油果山葵漬】以醬油和wasabi浸泡的牛油果,令牛油果有了味道,挺有特色。【迷の刀五雕刺身盛合】最好吃當然是拖羅,入口油脂豐富;甜蝦也令人意外,帶點蝦膠味道鮮甜;還有帶子、油甘魚、三文魚和三文魚籽,整盤都很高質。【三文魚層層疊】店員用火槍燒,使明太子醬溶在三文魚上,三文魚有火炙和刺身兩種口味,下面還有三文魚卷,三文魚愛好者必吃~【蟹味噌甲羅燒加配薄餅】把熱騰騰的半溶蟹膏搽在薄餅上再一大口吃掉,滿足感十足~串燒【雞翼】鹽燒惹味,皮脆肉嫩【蒜燒厚切牛舌芯】咬下去肉汁超豐富,口感爽口,高質~【明太子醬厚燒玉子】玉子嫩滑蛋香十足,明太子醬的鹹酸辣令味道更豐富~【清酒煮白蛤鍋】每粒都水潤juicy,若果清酒酒味更濃就更好。
