想食Omakase 配上櫻花感覺,必要到八瀧,一路欣賞師傅預備季節性食材,又可欣賞櫻花背景柚子醋汁鱈魚白子味道清新,帶有柚子酸酸甜甜的香氣,我最愛既鱈魚白子滑溜,一來就醒胃柚子醋汁鰻魚苗醋汁的酸味和鰻魚苗令魚苗滑滑,入口即溶螢光魷魚松葉蟹茶碗蒸茶碗蒸的蛋滑嫩,螢光魷魚的鮮味與松葉蟹令互相鮮甜度增加,時令螢光魷魚有咬口蘋果酸汁啫喱日本生蠔師傅有心思,好多都會用柚子醋啫喱伴上生蠔,但師傅唔想同先付一樣味道,就造出蘋果醋啫喱,啫喱清爽,蘋果的酸甜味與生蠔的鮮味竟然互帶出味道牡丹蝦充分利用全隻牡丹蝦,搞到我連蝦油都想飲😆肉質鮮甜,口感彈牙燒大拖羅洋蔥漬拖羅的油脂香氣與洋蔥的甜味融合,燒烤的香氣令洋蔥味濃厚,好像飲緊湯慢煮日本鮟康魚肝時令鮟康魚肝滑溜,味道濃郁,本身魚肝味十足,不一定要點Wasabi 海膽拖羅拿破崙師傅灑淡薄的雪,直接用手大膽食,而背景有著櫻花四季的景色,海膽的鮮甜和拖羅的豐腴相互交融,口感層次分明壽司:北海道帶子、剝皮魚安康魚肝、赤陸、赤蝦、瀨尿蝦、大拖羅、生蠔、左口魚、北海道赤海膽、玉子燒壽司都係主打時令食材,最欣賞有剝皮魚,够爽甜- 北海道赤海膽,完全鮮甜的味道,滿滿海膽口
