星期六下午與友人去大角咀食午餐,路經利澳坊一間新餐廳,便去試食。餐廳裝飾簡潔,木製傢俬給人有家的感覺。我請店員推介廚師拿手菜式。她推薦了芒果之友焗豬扒和楓葉合桃綠茶燒春雞,可以配飯時菜和意粉!餐湯或沙律任選,還有熱飲。先來個沙律,新鮮的蔬菜配以芥辣蜜糖汁,非常美味,是開胃的的頭盤。接着是主菜焗豬扒,醬汁用芒果之友茶加上有新鮮芒果肉打成,濃濃的芒果味,配以柔嫩的豬扒,真是絕配!另一款是楓葉合桃綠茶燒春雞,醬汁是用加拿大楓葉糖漿加入檸檬汁,甜甜酸酸...感覺非常清新,配上浸過綠茶的燒春雞,皮脆肉滑,是一種食雞的新體驗!還有配菜是用水烹煮,十分健康!廚師推介熱蜜桃薑水果茶,味道剛好的桃味有少許薑味,恰到好處!飲到最後才感到少許辣味!今次新的嘗試,回味又回味...下次再試其他素食菜式!
