To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

充滿聖誕氣氛嘅high tea

Happy 2024!! 已經第3 次黎到茶園high tea。中意呢度有live music，  有自助即叫即做waffle ，crepes 同任添水果， 自家製雪糕。因為係12月， 酒店三層架嘅tea set 都有聖誕主題嘅cake 加埋酒店每張枱上都擺咗細細樽既聖誕樹葉夾埋live music 成個感覺都好有聖誕氣氛。🎄 🥰除咗三層架食物之外侍應會送上鵝肝撻同吞拿魚撻。 兩個都好好味，唔會覺得腥，撻皮係夠曬實淨去包住滿滿既foie gras creme brulee 同埋吞拿魚餡。 👍 底層嘅鬆餅 食落口感鬆軟，唔會乾 我個人就幾鍾意佢自家製嘅西西里檸檬忌廉醬(Homemade Sicilian lemon curd) 係偏酸嘅醬。朋友就覺得太酸唔係好夾個鬆餅😂但我覺得唔錯，因為喺我食完兩個crepes + 雪糕之後 食呢隻醬可以重新打開我嘅胃繼續再食過。💪中間鹹點，有火雞三文治， 青瓜三文治， 蟹肉忌廉芝士泡芙。 我就最鍾意佢個青瓜三文治因為 好fresh好juicy。 🥰 頂層嘅甜品， 有綠茶蛋糕， 栗子Rum酒墶，Raspberry mousse 椰絲棉花糖, 杏仁柚子忌廉

到差唔多時間 ， 因為我哋掛住講嘢 食唔曬啲甜品侍應都會主動問需唔需要低紙盒畀我哋打包拎走。

臨走嘅時候去正門影埋棵聖誕樹為2023年畫上完美句號❤️
